Taralli with fennel seeds

Organic, crispy wheat snack made from wheat flour, wine, olive oil with salt. In the south of Italy it is a frequent substitute for bread on the table. Extra virgin olive oil is rich in healthy fatty acids: omega-6, omega-3 and monounsaturated oleic acid, which reduces inflammation and minimises the risk of developing cancer cells.

Ingredients:
oragnic wheat flour, orgnaci white wine, orgnaci extra virgin olive oil (12%), fennel seeds (1%), salt.

Additional information: Contains gluten. Can contain trace amounts of sesame, soy. Contains natural saccharides.

Application:
Addition to apéritif, perfect as a snack for beer and wine, for dipping in olive oil, as an addition to soups instead of croutons. Taralli goes great with cheeses, cold cuts, dips.

Store in a dry place.
