Blueberry without sugar contains only natural varieties of sugars.  Excellent.
Blueberries are incredibly healthy and nutritious. They are low in calories but high in fibre, vitamin C and vitamin K and high antioxidant level. They boost your heart health, brain function and numerous other aspects of your body.
