Sour rye soup is a traditional dish known and appreciated in Poland for years, based on coarse rye flour with water, salt, and aromatic, fresh garlic. Pasteurized.
Ingredients: water, rye flour 18%, salt, garlic, sugar, pepper. It contains gluten.
Recommended storing conditions:
Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, store in refrigerator in temperature of approximately +4 degrees C.

Sour rye soup is a product of fermentation of lactic acid. It contains carbohydrates from rye flour, from which sourdough is made. It is full of vitamin E, B1, B2, and PP. Sourdough also has minerals: potassium, calcium, zinc, and copper.
