Blueberry syrup.
Healthy, aromatic, natural. The taste of summner. Without preservatives and artificial colouring. Pasteurised.

blueberry juice (66%), sugar
Application:
Syrups are a perfect addition to water, tea, drinks, baby cereals, rice, sweet and dry dishes, cocktails and desserts.
One package is enough for at least 17 glasses.
Recommended storing conditions:
Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, store in refrigerator in temperature of approximately +4 degrees C.

Properties of blueberries
Blueberry fruits contain vitamins A, C, B1 and B2, PP, carotene, manganese, magnesium, and calcium, as well as iron, potassium, copper, sulphur, chromium, and zinc. High amounts of fibre, pectin, organic acids, antioxidants.
Thanks to high content of tannins, blueberry juice seals gastric mucous membranes and slows peristaltic movements of intestines. It is recommended with adverse alimentary tract symptoms. It also has bactericidal and antiviral properties.
Anthocyanins responsible for the purple-dark blue colour of the fruits reduce the risk of cancer, and also cardiovascular diseases, by lowering blood coagulability they prevent myocardial infarction.
Blueberries protect against pneumoconiosis and they are especially recommended to persons working in a dusty and polluted environments.
